EMULATOR

In your browser: PLAY ONLINE. Any recent browser works; a gamepad is better than the keyboard.

RetroArch: voxcon_libretro for Linux x86-64 (1.8 MB). Unzip it into your cores folder, restart RetroArch, and pick Load Core, then Load Content with a .cue or .vxd:

unzip voxcon_libretro-linux-x86_64.zip -d ~/.config/retroarch/cores/

Save states work, and they're exact.
